Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED and current enrollment in an accredited RN program with first clinical rotation completed.
• Licensure/Certification: Active CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of an RN or Clinical Manager, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and assess changes in patient condition.
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, feeding, and basic patient care tasks.
• Report patient concerns and vital sign changes to the supervising RN promptly.
• Perform additional duties as directed to support patient care.
