Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care following established policies and protocols.
• Coordinate care with multiple disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans and document in patient records.
• Assess discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
• Perform systematic assessments including physiological and psychosocial factors.
