Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state with ability to obtain Arizona license within 30 days.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred depending on department.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with policies and protocols.
• Coordinate care across disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Document care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.
• Assist in discharge planning and patient condition communication.
• Assess and adjust care plans; support patient safety and quality outcomes.
