The role involves 36–40 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts, with orientation and the possibility to work day or night shifts to match the preceptor schedule. Open to students graduating Dec 2027–May 2028; submission window in 2026–2027. Location is UVA Community Health facilities in the Manassas, VA area.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled nursing student entering their last year of nursing school.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be available for 8-week program, starting June 14, 2027.

Responsabilités

• Performs patient care and administrative support underRN supervision.
• Assists patients with personal care as needed for recovery.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness and adherence to policy.
• Communicates effectively with team to support patient care.
