Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio RN license.
• Two years of experience educating staff.
• Two years in a long-term care or health-related field.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Project Management - plan, develop, conduct, and evaluate staff education programs.
• People Management - supervise and develop life plan community staff.
• Quality & Compliance - support QA and risk management initiatives and maintain resident information confidentiality.
• All other duties as assigned.
