The Nursing Professional Development Specialist at Carle Health will support the Clinical Education team by guiding orientation, competency management, education, and role development across departments. They will collect data to identify learning needs, develop plans, and implement education initiatives to improve patient care outcomes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• NPD-BC certification within 2 years of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois.

• Communicates with others directly and in private when necessary to resolve issues.
• Establishes positive work relationships with physicians and administrative team.
• Designs and delivers education sessions and evaluates learner outcomes.
• Mentors and guides unit and department educators to support professional growth.
