Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 12 months of hire.
• National Nursing Certification within 2 years.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in IL.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Applies advanced nursing knowledge to deliver evidenced-based education interventions.
• Develops programs based on stakeholders’ values, goals, evidence, and regulations.
• Incorporates learning theories when designing educational materials and programs.
• Promotes dissemination of new knowledge to guide clinical practice and improve care.
• Role models positive learning environments for staff and learners.
• Performs needs assessments and identifies practice gaps.
• Designs and delivers education sessions.
• Evaluates learner outcomes related to patient care.
• Facilitates training on new products, policies, and practices.
