Qualifikationen

• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days.
• RN license (IDFPR) necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

• Collaborate with supervisors to address clinical practice and documentation trends.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor staff competency and records.
• Plan and coordinate educational presentations and clinical training.
• Provide direct patient care to maintain skills and support education.
• Lead evidence‑based education programs to improve patient safety and quality.
• Coordinate orientation for staff and preceptors.
• Utilize IT to obtain evidence and communicate it to the care team.
