Job summary

Ascension's Employee Education team in Panama City, FL seeks a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) consultant to design, implement, and evaluate organization-wide programs and competency initiatives to align with hospital goals.

You will partner with clinical leaders to assess learning gaps, develop measurement-driven educational plans, and manage performance standards across multisite programs for interprofessional teams practicing to the full scope of licensure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert consultant to design, implement, and evaluate NPD programs and competency initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with clinical leaders to assess learning gaps and develop measurement-driven educational plans.
• Manage performance and competency standards across multi-faceted programs, enabling teams to practice at full licensure scope.
• Utilize structured evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and optimize delivery of education.
