HCA Healthcare in Denver, CO is seeking a Nurse Educator to lead evidence-based education for nursing and allied staff at the facility. You will develop onboarding, competency programs, and education initiatives that elevate patient care and staff performance.

Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Professional Development to drive EBP/QI, promote lifelong learning, and support staff development. RN licensure and BLS are required; travel up to 25% may be needed.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
2+ years of experience in clinical education, CSC, academia or leadership preferred.
2+ years of experience in acute care hospital preferred.
Currently licensed as an RN or active compact state license required.
Nationally recognized specialty certification preferred.
BLS required.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Mansioni

Participates in onboarding, orientation programs for nursing and staff.
Provides onboarding programs to promote employee retention.
