Ciena Healthcare is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to educate Brittany Manor's nursing staff, delivering orientation and ongoing in-service programs. You will design, plan and provide education across shifts, supporting a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering education programs in a care setting.
• Ability to train and support nursing staff across shifts and departments.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support quality care.

Responsibilities

• Designs, plans and provides educational programs on all shifts and for all departments.
• Participates in staff evaluation by providing attendance records and observing performance.
• Provides general facility orientation to all new employees and ongoing in-service education.
• Plans and provides a monthly and annual schedule of planned education programs.
• Ensures CNA/STNA meet the annual 12-hour in-service requirement.
• Actively participates in quality assurance and reports concerns to supervisor.
