Job summary

The role focuses on developing learning activities, creating a supportive education environment, coordinating staff orientation, and evaluating competency with mechanisms to improve retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Valid Florida RN license CNOR.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement multi-site nursing education programs.
• Develop and evaluate activities to close knowledge gaps.
• Create a learning environment and collaborate with staff and leaders.
• Coordinate education of patient care staff on equipment use.
• Document competency completion and address deficits.
• Onboard and orient staff across sites with onboarding programs.
• Partner with PDD to manage onboarding programs.
• Engage in planning continuing education and workshops.
