You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The RN will assess patients, document care plans, administer medications, and support discharge planning while adapting to changing priorities

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Valid Florida RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and develop and document nursing care plans; report symptoms and changes.
• Review and report diagnostic tests to assess patient condition.
• Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate care.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures and provide post-procedure information.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate medication/treatment records in compliance with policies.
