The successful candidate will hold an RN license in Virginia (BSN preferred), bring leadership in educational programs, and be proficient in MS Office

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Virginia RN license.
• Two years of clinical or supervisory experience and educational leadership preferred.
• Geriatrics, long-term care, transitional care and assisted living experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; ability to collaborate with leadership and staff.
• Proficient with MS Office and web-based training; adept with various training methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, track and evaluate education programs for Supportive Living (Transitional Care, Complete Living Care, Assisted Living).
• Oversee programs involving licensed and unlicensed clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Deliver education using e-learning, classroom, clinical settings, one-on-one, or teleconferencing.
