Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC is seeking a qualified nurse educator to plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service educational programs across the facility. The role ensures compliance with federal and state standards while maintaining high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates will hold a nursing degree and active LVN/RN licensure, with experience in supervision and teaching. Bilingual abilities are strongly preferred, and prior health-facility experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LVN or RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN or RN in this state.
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred.
• Must have, as a minimum, one years’ experience in a health related facility.
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
