Skyview Rehab and Nursing in Wallingford, CT is seeking an energetic RN Educator who is passionate about education and leads the education of all employees. You will develop orientation sessions, maintain nursing training programs, and plan a monthly calendar of education initiatives.

The role involves participating in Quality Improvement activities and meetings, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation as part of the management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RN with a passion for education and training.
• This Nurse Educator is responsible for the education of all employees.

Responsabilités

• Develop and conduct orientation sessions for all new nursing/general employees.
• Maintain training programs for the nursing department and identify areas for presentations.
• Plan, schedule and publish a monthly education calendar.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives and Meetings.
• Work Monday–Friday with a flexible schedule; on-call rotation.
