• Develop orientation sessions for all new nursing/general employees.
• Maintain training programs for the nursing department and collaborate with nursing leadership to identify training needs.
• Plan, schedule and post monthly calendar of education programs.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives and Meetings.
• Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule in a management role.
• On call rotation.
