Job summary

Skyview Rehab and Nursing is seeking an energetic RN Nurse Educator passionate about education to oversee the education of all employees. This role focuses on developing orientation for new staff and maintaining ongoing nursing education programs.

The position involves coordinating monthly education calendars, participating in Quality Improvement initiatives and meetings, and a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conducts orientation sessions for all new nursing/general employees.
• Maintains training programs for the nursing department and works with the nursing leadership team to identify areas of need or interest for presentations.
• Plan, schedule and post monthly calendar of education programs
• Participates in Quality Improvement Initiatives and Meetings
• Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule/hours in management role.
• On call rotation.

Skyview Rehab and Nursing is a 97 bed SNF, a team-oriented facility, is seeking an RN for their Nurse Educator position who is an energetic and is passionate about education. This position is responsible for the education of all employees.
