PruittHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse Educator to join as a full-time team member, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This role focuses on creating a culture of learning, competency, and excellence among nursing staff within a post-acute care setting. The RN Educator will coordinate competency assessments, deliver staff education, oversee preceptor programs, and lead orientation for new employees.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program and current licensure in Georgia.
• Experience delivering staff education and competency assessments.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical competency assessments and education for staff.
• Provide education on clinical skills and teamwork.
• Lead preceptor programs and train staff.
• Conduct orientation for new employees and ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor infection control practices and safety programs.
• Serve as system administrator for education tools.
