Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited college or university, or RN program graduate.
• Experience implementing policy-driven practices and familiarity with state/federal regulations.
• Experience in patient, family and staff education is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical competency assessment and training needs.
• Deliver education on clinical skills, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Participate in recruitment and orientation of clinical staff.
• Oversee competency assessments and partner learning needs with DHS coordination.
• Maintain documentation for education per regulations and policies.
