Unitek Learning is seeking a qualified Nursing Instructor to join our healthcare education program in Utah. The role involves coordinating exams, grading, and ensuring attendance and performance records are maintained.

You will plan orientations for new faculty and supervise clinical experiences in assigned facilities, guiding students toward their clinical learning outcomes. The ideal candidate has a BSN (Master’s preferred or in progress) and current RN licensure, with the ability to mentor,

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state of teaching.
• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• BSN required; Master’s in nursing preferred or enrolled within 5 years of start.
• Able to meet Board of Nursing faculty requirements.
• Experience demonstrating current nursing practice knowledge; mentoring students; independent work; strong communication; clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with instructors to prepare, administer, and grade examinations.
• Maintain attendance records and submit grades.
• Plan and implement orientation for new faculty in theory and clinical facilities.
• Utilize adult learning principles in instruction and increase use of online activities.
• Supervise student clinical experiences and evaluate performance against learning outcomes.
• Submit required program reports to the program Director in a timely manner.
• Participate in nursing program committee activities and faculty meetings.
