Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with nursing clinical experience.
• Current license in discipline if required.
• BLS provider credential is required.
• Evidence-based practice knowledge and ability to influence patient care.
• Proven ability to organize and multitask to meet deadlines.
• MS Office skills are required; audiovisual equipment knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Mercy and affiliated nursing programs.
• Coordinate student clinical experiences and preceptor assignments.
• Support onboarding and development of Mercy caregivers through orientation and training.
