Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks a Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) to develop and coordinate staff education, onboarding, and ongoing training. This role ensures new hires are welcomed, prepared, and competent while supporting regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.

You will work with the Administrator and Director of Nursing to assess educational needs, deliver in-service training, and monitor certifications.

Formación

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to present and communicate at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, coordinate, and implement staff education programs.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing staff training.
• Monitor trainings, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with administrators and nursing leadership to identify training needs.
• Maintain documentation of education and competency assessments.
• Promote a culture of learning and quality resident care.
