• Assist in continuing education and annual competency activities.
• Evaluate progress of orientation and onboarding activities.
• Serve as a clinical resource for new or complex patient care assessments.
• Promote safe, efficient clinical practice including medication administration.
• Facilitate unit huddles and positive communications.
• Participate in recruitment and retention activities for nursing staff.
• Support quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and research processes.
