Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Master's or DNP in Nursing required.
• Minimum 2 years active nursing experience, preferably in nursing education.
• Professional RN license in New Jersey.
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider required.

Responsibilities

• Teach, direct, and evaluate nursing students in theory, lab, and clinical practice.
• Develop, revise, and evaluate curriculum, courses, and programs to meet learner needs and standards.
• Design educational activities using adult learning principles and evidence-based practice.
• Schedule meetings to evaluate student progress and develop improvement plans.
• Provide clinical support and act as a role model for students and staff.
• Maintain open communication and timely feedback on student performance.
• Utilize current literature to develop content and materials and measure learning outcomes.
