Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an experienced Nursing Administrator to oversee direction and coordination of nursing services during off-shift periods to ensure continuity of patient care at our New Jersey facility.

The role requires a BSN, RN licensure, 5 years as an RN and 3 years in admin; Masters preferred. The ideal candidate leads with collaboration, maintains standards, and supports a 24/7 care culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN required).
• Five (5) years experience as an RN.
• Minimum three (3) years experience in an administrative position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for direction and coordination of nursing services and hospital activities during off shifts (weekends, holidays, evenings, nights) to maintain continuity of patient care.
