The position emphasizes using adult learning theories and nursing processes to deliver effective education, assess competency, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Strong communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred in Nursing or Education.
• RN licensure from an accredited program is required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and evaluates nursing education plans aligned to annual needs assessments.
• Supports orientation, onboarding, RN Residency, and preceptor programs.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and nursing research across departments.
• Monitors performance data to drive improvements in education outcomes and patient care.
• Collaborates with leadership to maintain Magnet and Pathways to Excellence goals.
