Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is assisting a community hospital in securing a Nurse Director Labor & Delivery. This leadership role provides strategic oversight, partnering with the CNO to elevate nursing practice and patient care across units.

The ideal candidate has a BSN or higher, MSN preferred, and at least two years of director-level experience in a hospital setting, with women's services experience (L&D, Mom/Baby, NICU). Relocation offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience at director-level in a hospital.
• Experience in women's services (L&D, Mom/Baby, NICU) preferred.
• BSN or higher; MSN preferred.

• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care throughout.
• Promote clinical staff competency and effective resource management to support optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from accredited nursing school with a bachelor degree in a health care related field or a BSN
• MSN or Master’s in a health care related field preferred
• Two (2) years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment at the manager or director-level
• At least 2 years of experience in women's services (L&D, Mom/Baby, NICU)
