Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience at director-level in a hospital.
• Experience in women's services (L&D, Mom/Baby, NICU) preferred.
• BSN or higher; MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational support to the CNO in overseeing nursing and patient care services.
• Assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice across multiple units.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care throughout.
• Promote clinical staff competency and effective resource management to support optimal patient outcomes.
