Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is hiring a Nurse Director in Training to assist the Director of Health Services in managing the nursing department across our health campus. The role emphasizes leadership, coordination of care, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations to deliver high-quality resident care.

The position includes a structured training period, exposure to clinical and administrative responsibilities, and opportunities to lead nursing staff, participate in quality programs,

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist the Assistant Director of Health Services and Director of Health Services in managing daily nursing operations.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules per orders.
• Recruit and orient nursing staff; participate in daily rounds to ensure standards are met.
• Support campus programs and overall company objectives.
