Trilogy Health Services in Louisville is seeking a Nurse Director in Training to learn and assist the Director of Health Services in managing daily nursing operations and resident care across the Health Campus. You will help implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality outcomes for residents.

The role emphasizes developing staffing plans, participating in rounds, leading QA initiatives, and coordinating with other resident services to maintain comprehensive care.

Formación

• Education: Associate Degree.
• Experience: 3-5 years.
• Must have and maintain a current unencumbered RN license and CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Learn policies and procedures governing nursing care.
• Coordinate nursing services with resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
• Participate in facility surveys (inspections) by government agencies.
• Assist in staffing and recruitment for nursing service personnel.
• Lead campus programs such as CCM, CAR, and QAPI.
