Qualifications

• Must have a current, unencumbered RN license and CPR certification.
• Associate degree required; 3–5 years of nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations of Nursing Services in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement policies governing nursing care on the campus.
• Coordinate nursing services with resident care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop and maintain a quality assurance program for nursing services.
• Participate in facility surveys and respond to government inspections.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules; ensure orders are followed.
• Assist with recruitment and staff scheduling for nursing services.
• Lead campus programs and oversee daily rounds.
