Qualifications

• Associate degree required; RN licensure in good standing
• Three to five years of experience in nursing leadership or management
• Must hold a current, unencumbered RN license and CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist the Assistant Director of Health Services and/or Director of Health Services in managing day to day nursing services operations.
• Support staffing needs and recruitment for nursing service personnel.
• Participate in daily rounds, monitor medication passes and treatment schedules, and ensure quality of care.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance programs and participate in surveys and inspections.
• Lead campus programs such as CCM, CAR, and QAPI as directed.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and assist in coordinating resident care across services.
