Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Nurse Director in Training to learn and assist with the day-to-day management of nursing services across the health campus. You will work with the Director of Health Services to ensure high-quality care for residents and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, 3-5 years of nursing experience, an active RN license, and CPR certification.

Formación

• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or higher.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience.
• Current RN license in good standing and CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and follow policies and procedures governing care levels.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to maintain continuous care.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
• Participate in daily rounds and ensure nursing standards are met.
• Assist in recruitment and staffing for the nursing service department.
• Lead campus programs such as CCM, CAR and QAPI.
• Monitor medication passes and treatments as ordered.
