Job summary

UPMC Lakeview Urologic Surgeons seeks an OP Nurse Coordinator I for a full-time, weekday schedule (7:30am–4:30pm). No evenings or weekends. May require occasional coverage at the pediatric office. Eligible for sign-on bonus up to $6,000 with 2-year commitment.

Responsibilities include leading care coordination, maintaining patient flow, and maintaining high-quality patient experiences within an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Current RN licensure in practicing state.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the practice environment and staff.
• Coordinate patient care and triage with physicians.
• Demonstrates accountability for professional development.
• Be the primary nursing liaison for the patient care plan.
• Support quality improvement efforts.
