Job summary

IU Health is seeking an experienced RN to join the Urology Ambulatory Clinic in Bloomington, IN. The role includes triage, patient assessment, rooming, chart prep, and supporting daily clinic operations in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Positions available as part-time or full-time with a $30,000 sign-on bonus through 9/30/2026 and referral eligibility. BSN preferred; active Indiana RN or NLC license required. BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of RN experience; new grads may apply.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional Life Support certifications may be required by unit.
• Understanding of legal implications of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Triage and patient assessment.
• Rooming patients and chart preparation.
• Communicating results and treatment plans.
• Assisting with in-office procedures.
• Supporting daily clinic operations.
