Indiana University Health is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time day shift in our Urology Ambulatory Clinic in Bloomington. The role involves triage, patient assessment, rooming, chart preparation, and coordinating care with providers.

A $30,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates through 9/30/2026, and the position is referral eligible. Minimum qualifications include ASN (BSN preferred), active Indiana RN license or NLC, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license active in Indiana or NLC license.
• BLS certification (AHA) and other Life Support may be required.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and coordinate care in outpatient setting.
• Assess patients and document results and treatment plans.
• Room patients, prepare charts, and support daily clinic operations.
• Assist with in-office urologic procedures and provide patient education.
