Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Virginia or a Compact State.
• 3–5 years progressive clinical/supervisory experience in a practice setting.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR training required or obtained within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates and directs work flow and functions of designated personnel to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Assists in selecting, training, orientation and competency validation of designated personnel.
• Plans, develops and organizes services to support medical practices in coordination with the practice physician(s).
• Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services to support the medical practice.
