Preferred Family Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor in Saint Louis, MO to lead RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants while delivering direct nursing care and partnering with providers.

The role emphasizes staff development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced clinical setting. The supervisor will mentor clinicians, coordinate workflows, and participate in staff evaluations and training, ensuring patient-centered care and operational excellence within the FQ

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as an RN or LPN.
• Current Missouri nursing license in good standing.
• RN candidates: 2+ years in a physician office/outpatient setting preferred.
• LPN candidates: 3+ years in a physician office/outpatient setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants to foster high-quality patient care and growth.
• Deliver direct nursing care to patients while assisting providers with examinations and procedures.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management plans and treatments.
• Coordinate clinical documentation and retrieve medical records from outside providers.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Lead departmental workflows to ensure efficient operations and quality patient experiences.
• Support compliance with regulatory standards and quality indicators.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to advance organizational goals.
