Pacific Pediatrics Medical Group in Woodburn, OR is seeking a Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee department operations, ensuring high-quality patient care.

You will provide direct patient care, supervise staff, manage schedules, and collaborate with providers during outpatient procedures, using the EPIC EMR system.

We offer relocation assistance up to $10,000, bilingual pay, and a generous hiring/retention bonus, with a pay range of $45.44–$55.66 per hour DOE.

Formación

• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• One year of experience as an RN required.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Active OR RN license.
• Dual licensure in WA & OR required within 120 days of hire.
• If RN license is in a participating NLC state: provide proof of license and complete required suicide prevention training on onboarding.
• BCLS within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing concepts and patient care.
• Effective communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to travel to Yakima Valley sites.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches, mentors and trains direct report staff and conducts performance evaluations.
• Supports staff growth and development and creates action plans.
• Participates in recruitment and staff orientation.
• Develops and implements department work plans and manages patient scheduling.
• Provides patient care and documents health history and vital signs.
• Explains procedures and potential complications to patients/guardians.
• Performs or assists with procedures and coordinates referrals.
• Collaborates with providers on patient care plans and follow-up.
• Plans and conducts department meetings and monitors program progress.
• Communicates with insurers regarding authorizations and formulary issues.
• Adheres to Joint Commission and HRSA requirements and ensures compliance.
