Position Highlights

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
• EMR system: EPIC
• Hourly wage: $44.56‑$54.59 per hour, DOE
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance for candidates relocating over 50 miles
• Additional pay for bilingual skills, paid on hours worked
• Hiring/Retention Bonus:
  1. At Hire: $2,850
  2. At 180 days: $3,800
  3. At 12 months: $2,850
  4. Bonus prorated based on FTE

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care: patient assessments, vital signs, medication administration, documentation, patient education
• Supervise, coach and support nursing and support staff: scheduling, performance management, staff development
• Coordinate daily clinic operations and patient flow with providers and ancillary staff
• Assist providers with diagnostic procedures, treatments, and patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with YVFWC policies, HRSA, TJC, regulatory standards
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
• Active WA Registered Nurse license
• Dual Washington/Oregon licensure required within 120 days
• One year RN experience required; two years supervisory experience preferred
• Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC): proof of primary state and suicide‑prevention training within first week; relocation to WA requires license within 6 months and updated residence within 60 days
• BCLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS and PALS preferred
• Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred at level 10
