• Evaluate treatment plans for appropriateness, medical necessity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate delivery of durable medical equipment and home health services.
• Assess rehabilitation facilities and coordinate transportation and home assessments.
• Communicate medical information clearly to patients and families.
