Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure and current nursing practice readiness.
• Post-Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Nursing preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred for leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Makes rounds to ensure care delivered as planned.
• Orchestrates patient flow and bed assignments within shift.
• Provides clinical leadership and staff coaching.
• Participates in performance evaluations and quality reviews.
• Ensures regulatory readiness and safe patient care.
