Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare seeks a skilled Registered Nurse leader to oversee patient care delivery across units, under the Clinical Director's guidance. You will coordinate a collaborative care plan with RNs and multidisciplinary teams, provide on-site coaching, and ensure readiness for accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include rounds, staff evaluations, and facilitating effective communication with physicians and case managers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Tennessee RN license and current BLS certification.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience required.
• Ability to convey information clearly to patients, families, and health care teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and scope of practice for RNs.

Responsibilities

• Makes rounds to ensure care is delivered as planned.
• Orchestrates patient flow and bed assignments during shifts.
• Directs on-site coaching and staff assignments.
• Provides first line feedback and conducts performance evaluations.
• Participates in quality reviews for clinical care.
