Job summary

Guided by the Clinical Director, you will set priorities for clinical quality, service and staff development, ensuring a collaborative plan of care by RNs and the team.

You will perform rounds, coordinate patient flow, and respond to physicians with timely information.

Qualifications

• Required - Nursing 1-3 years
• RN Tennessee license (Tennessee Board of Nursing)
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)

Responsibilities

• Makes rounds on patients to ensure care aligns with the individualized plan.
• Orchestrates patient flow and bed assignments within the shift.
• Assists with emergencies, admissions/visits, and supports staff in direct care activities.
• Drives patient safety through rounds and care issue resolution.
• Provides first-line feedback to staff on performance.
• Participates in performance evaluations with the Clinical Director.
