Job summary

Terrace Health and Rehab (2) is seeking a Nurse Aide Educator to develop and manage clinical education programs for staff training, including bridging PCA to CNA tracks and supporting certification efforts. You will ensure access to education materials and adherence to state and federal regulations, Saber policies, and quality standards.

The role requires an active RN license, a background in nursing education, and at least two years of experience (with long-term care preferred).

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of operation.
• Experience in nursing education; clinical teaching experience is valued.
• Minimum of two years of experience, with at least one year in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical education programs.
• Bridge PCA to CNA training and ensure successful state certification.
• Ensure access to educational materials and compliance with state/federal regulations and Saber policies.
