Job summary

Care Synergy is seeking a Clinical Educator for the CNA program to deliver classroom lectures, oversee clinical rotations, and ensure state regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with leadership to keep curricula aligned with best practices and institutional policies.

You will mentor clinical staff, manage training records, and develop engaging learning content for varied experience levels while supporting employee growth and patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred or RN with equivalent years of experience.
• Three (3) years nursing experience required; one (1) year in Long Term Care required.
• Two (2) years in an education role (mentor/preceptor, clinical education) required.
• Hospice/palliative care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and develop training materials for enterprise staff.
• Lead educator for Care Synergy CNA programs and ensure Colorado DORA compliance.
• Manage orientation, onboarding, and ongoing in-service training.
