The ideal candidate holds an active NY RN license, has at least 2 years of nursing experience (preferably in long-term or home care), and has teaching or mentoring experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach students in CNA, PCA, and HHA programs.
• Provide classroom instruction and hands-on skills training.

• Supervise students during clinical rotations (when applicable).
• Maintain attendance, grades, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NYS DOH and NYSED standards.
• Prepare students for certification, employment, and career readiness.
