Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Ability to assess resident data and identify needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and room prep as directed by nursing staff.
• Report changes in resident condition or behavior.
• Order and restock resident care supplies to meet daily needs.
• Promote service excellence aligned with mission and values.
• Follow organizational policies, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in other tasks as directed by Nurse, DON, or ADON.
