Birchaven Village in Findlay, OH is seeking a Nurse Aide to provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and in accordance with applicable standards. The role focuses on personal needs, safety, and comfort for residents while upholding Birchaven Village policies and resident rights.

You will support licensed staff, assist with daily living activities, report changes in resident condition, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and responsive care environment for residents

Formación

• Active registry as a State Tested Nurse Aide with the State of Ohio.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the aging residents and report changes.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate knowledge to provide care appropriate to residents’ needs.
• Provide direct resident care and room preparation as directed by nursing staff.
• Communicate needs to inventory personnel to restock supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Demonstrate service excellence and uphold the organization’s mission and resident rights.
• Comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
